Southern Proposals, LLC, was founded in March of 1987 for the
purpose of furnishing consulting services in an effort to provide assistance
with loan and grant applications to governmental agencies and private
foundations.
In 1988, Southern Proposals began preparing market feasibility studies
in accordance with US Department of Agriculture, Farmers Home Administration
guidelines for the development of multi-family and elderly housing.
It has always been the goal and objective of Southern Proposals. LLC.
