is sympathetic to this issue and examines a market carefully to make
a determination of a need for the service and/or facility.
Southern Proposals, has been certified by US Rural Development to prepare
market/feasibility studies in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida. Strict
guidelines are in place by this funding agency for analysis of a housing
market.
Southern Proposals has also been certified as an approved Independent
Qualified Housing Consultant by the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency.
Federal and Private Loan Applications
Preparing an application for a loan is often a tedious job. All questions
must be answered carefully and in intricate detail. Carefully defined
instructions are included with the application guidelines and must be
followed. Special enclosures and attachments are often required and
must be included in order to prepare a successful application.

federal, state, and private foundation grant funding sources. We furnish
grant search services to clients in which we match the client to a funding
source that provides financing for his or her particular project. When
grant applications are successful and funded, Southern Proposals provides
